Akili, a Texas-based information technology business consultancy and systems integration firm, has become an SAP® services partner. As an SAP partner, Akili will bring to SAP customers expertise and deep experience in installations and upgrades to current versions of OutlookSoft, now called the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation application following SAP's acquisition of OutlookSoft in 2007.
"We understand both the technology environment and the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation application and can help ensure that the application is highly available so that SAP customers gain the maximum return on their investment in this solution," said Randy Marvel, Akili co-CEO.
"With SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP has delivered a reliable, comprehensive single data source through its unified platform and powerful user interface. With the latest version of the solution, these core capabilities have been improved to include business process flow capability, which plays right to Akili's strength," Marvel added.
Akili becomes an SAP services partner following the completion of a rigorous review process. As an SAP services partner, Akili also will have access to a much broader range of software tools and solutions for its clients. SAP offers partner programs that provide a strong foundation of support and collaboration that fosters unparalleled value and mutual business success for customers, partners and SAP. SAP services partners help SAP customers design, implement and integrate SAP solutions, optimize business processes, and provide strategic business consultation.
By partnering with SAP, Akili will be able to offer solutions that go beyond performance management to include corporate governance and compliance, risk management, and more. Akili was previously a partner firm with OutlookSoft.
