Gamma Receives SAP(R) Product Certification for InfoShuttle 4.0A

Gamma Enterprise Technologies, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for managing and extracting value from SAP® solution-based data, today announced that its flagship product for provisioning data from production into non-production systems, InfoShuttle 4.0A, has been certified by SAP AG as an ABAP(TM) Add-On. This certification results in InfoShuttle being designated as "Powered by SAP NetWeaver®." The announcement was made today at SAPPHIRE® '06 Orlando, SAP's international customer conference.

As SAP production data grows, the ability to move the data into other environments can often become cumbersome, resulting in non-production systems that are left with old non-representative data. The lack of "good data" for testing, development and training, can greatly impair businesses' agility in regards to SAP development and deployment. InfoShuttle provides customers with ease of use and the flexibility to move selected data subsets directly from production into non-production support systems. When data objects are selected, InfoShuttle automatically detects relationships and moves the selected data object and dependent data to the requested target system.

InfoShuttle 4.0 includes a number of considerable improvements over previous versions. These were added in order to address significant industry needs as well as to deliver on specific customer requests. The improvements include usability enhancements, simplified maintenance, increased performance, ease of use customization, and a more open architecture. These improvements provide for much faster loading of certain objects and quicker, simpler installation of InfoShuttle support pack updates.

The certification testing was performed using a mySAP(TM) ERP application-based system.
