Intelligroup Completes Upgrade to SAP ERP 6.0 for The Capita Group Plc

Intelligroup, Inc., a global provider of business consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, today announced a successful upgrade from 4.6C to SAP ERP 6.0 for The Capita Group, the United Kingdoms leading business process outsourcing (BPO) and professional services company. This complex upgrade included implementation of FICO, PS, SD, HR, and Payroll modules for 27,390 employees.

The Capita Group's upgrade was accelerated using Intelligroup's Uptimizer services and global delivery model with onsite and offshore resources comprised of nine onsite consultants and ten offshore resources. Intelligroup's Uptimizer services allowed for the proper assessment, planning, and execution of the upgrade while significantly reducing the total cost as compared to the traditional approach. The Capital Group upgrade project was delivered in accordance with the customer's aggressive timelines.
