SAP Recognized as a Leader in Human Resource Management Systems

Forrester Research, a leading independent research firm, has recognized SAP as a leader in the Forrester Wave(TM): HR Management Systems - Multinational Enterprises, Q3 '06(1).

Forrester evaluated human resource management systems (HRMS) vendors across 92 criteria for both the multinational enterprise market as well as the U.S. midmarket. Among the solutions evaluated, SAP was named a leader for multinationals with its mySAP(TM) ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) application. The announcement was made at the Human Resource (HR) Technology Conference and Exposition, being held in Chicago, Illinois, October 4 - 6.

To assess the state of the human resources management systems market, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top HRMS vendors. The evaluation criteria targeted process functions, technology and customer experience. The 92 criteria of evaluation were grouped within 3 main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence.
