TITAN Acquires GBSynergy to Create SAP Training Powerhouse

TITAN Technology Partners, a leading provider of hosted and managed industry ERP solutions, announced today it has acquired Denver based GBSynergy to create a national training powerhouse for companies running SAP software. GBSynergy delivers best-in-class customized ERP training based on adult learning theory, proven training methodology, and ERP expertise.

GBSynergy has helped hundreds of companies around the world create confident and self-sufficient ERP users through customized training. The acquisition expands TITAN's training solutions and significantly expands the services available to GBSynergy customers including hosted training environments and full life cycle managed services.

Karmen Berentsen has been appointed Senior Vice President of Educational Services. Ms. Berentsen's primary responsibilities will be to incorporate educational services into TITAN's clients to accelerate the adoption of technology. Ms. Berentsen brings over 12 years' experience in providing training solutions which maximize technology investments for clients. Prior to the acquisition, Ms. Berentsen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GBSynergy where she expanded the company's focus from its JD Edwards heritage to expertise across all tier one platforms.
