Job description Our multinational client based in the French speaking part of Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne) is now looking for an IT Mobile Web Business Analyst. This will be a permanent position. An excellent package is on offer for the right candidate.You will be involved in the new retail project team gathering business requirements for all existing and future eBusiness platforms (eCommerce, Mobile, Social Media), with a focus on Mobile area.The Role:You will develop close collaboration with business stakeholders at Headquarters and at Markets' level to ensure full representation of expertise and secure business buy in.You will also define and optimizes the B2C and B2B business processes on the Mobile area, identify best practices, participate to the retail tool selection.You will be the guardian of the business process' efficiency, robustness, and maintenance and is especially in charge of getting the customer centric vision applied across targeted processes and applications.You will: Gather eBusiness functional requirements in retail program: - Analysis of requests coming from HQ and markets via the Demand management process- Mobile platforms (webservices, mobile website, fluent applications (iPhone, iPad, Android)- eCommerce in partnership with the BE eBusiness Analysts- Social medias (E-commerce on SM, location aware SM, etc)- Integration of web and mobile platform as service providers to other sales channels (boutiques, CRC, etc ) and services- Write detailed functional specifications- Provide mockups, wireframes, etc Business Process Design and Best practices identification:- Define and document business processes based on identified best practices- Take active part in fit-gap reviews, prioritize and approve gaps fulfillment - Assist Business in Mobile roadmap definitionImplementation Support:- Provide support to Development team (Software Factory) in the implementation of business requirements- Provide support to QA team (Software Factory) for test designs, functional support during tests, and validation of the compliance of implementation to the business requirementsTraining and documentation support- Formalize, promote and ensure the respect of best practices (To-be business processes)- Build the training material in its dedicated area to key users- Train the key usersYour profile:- Strong analytical and synthesis skills- 3-5 years of experience in Mobile implementation/rollout projects- Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and/or web development for mobile is mandatory- Significant experience of M-commerce or mobile services implementation is strongly encouraged- eCommerce and Social media knowledge is a plus- Knowledge of an eCommerce package (preferably Hybris, or alternatively ATG, WebSphere eCommerce, Magento, etc) is a plus- Experience of eBusiness integration with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc)- IT background is a plus, especially Java, SOA/Webservices and SQL- University degree from Business School or Engineering school- Good communication skills in English and French, both written and oralIf this sounds like your next challenge, please send us your CV and we will contact you shortly to discuss this in more details.Key word: E-commerce, E-business, MOA, business analysis, business analyst, mobile, social media
