Job description This opportunity is to work with a Global Company in the Manufacturing Industry.

Working within the Supply Chain Team this role will include the following responsibilities:
• Perform systems analysis, design, deployment, implementation and support in the functional area of materials management and purchasing
• SAP systems configuration in material management and purchasing
• Customising, design and configuration of materials management and purchasing. Experience of SRM would be an advantage
• Support BW purchasing reports, design and implementation
• Participate in and support project tasks of scoping, process mapping, business requirements analysis, systems design, testing and deployment
• Write-up functional specifications for development in SAP or bolt-on systems
• Support technical developers when needed in developing technical specifications
• Maintain all appropriate documentation for the project life cycle tasks involved
• Provide applications support and knowledge transfer to other IS teams
• Provide ongoing support for any future upgrades to SAP and related applications over time

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of SAP R/3 configuration customising design experience in MM (SRM an advantage)
• Experience with 3-4 full life cycles of MM (SRM advantageous)
• Experience with stock transport order processing, batch management, BW purchasing reporting
• Strong knowledge/experience in Full Warehouse is preferred and will be weighted appropriately
• Ability to write functional specifications and work with developers through coding and testing
• Proven experience with SAP IDOCS and EDI; XI (PI) experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of User Exits and customising techniques is a plus
• Ability to carry out Unit, Cycle, Integration and Regression tests is required
• Project management experience is a plus
• Working experience of automated test/loading tools is a plus
• Proven ability to perform business analysis, scoping, configuration, prototype development, documentation and testing in the areas of SAP MM, Purchasing, SRM Purchasing.
