Job description SAP Programme Manager required to head up flagship implementations with a specialist SAP Consultancy. The role as a SAP Programme Manager will be varied and challenging pulling on your prior experience of delivering complex and demanding projects/programmes and with the expectation that you will be involved in SAP architecture. The role provides flexibility to engage in pre-sales, delivery and specialist consulting in areas such as governance, PMO, value management and delivery roadmaps. Will include support of the pre-sales process, inputting into proposals and supporting Customer presentations. Core Responsibilities of a SAP Programme Manager - Own projects from scoping through to a successful delivery with a particular focus on budget control on fixed price projects - Deliver projects to scope, budget, and time - Manage project schedules using SAP ALM, MS Project and MS Excel tools - Project governance, appropriate project reporting and senior Stakeholder management - Support the development of other project managers within the organisation Desired Skills/Experiences - Will need to demonstrate knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks such as ASAP and Prince 2, with agile methodology experience an advantage. - Technical/functional experience of SAP is a distinct advantage, with the ideal candidate having come from a Solution Architecture background in an SAP area.
