Role: SAP / CRM - Service Interaction Center Consultant in India
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Location: India, Mumbai

One of our clients is looking for a SAP CRM - Service Interaction Center Consultant, who is/are able to fulfill the following requirements:


Requirements:

- Track: R&M
- Sub Track: SAP-CRM
- Should have worked in End to End implementation of CRM Interaction Center as a Functional Consultant.
- Should have knowledge of BCM (Business Communication Management) Integration.
- You need to be SAP Certified in relevant module (s)
(In case you arent, you should be willing to get SAP Certified within 3 months period from project start date. It is a mandatory requirement for this project and a special scheme is offered to facilitate this - You can request for More Information.)
