Technical Business Process Manager - SAP BW - SharePoint - Hyperion - Clickview - Permanent - Luton

Montreal Associates are urgently searching for a Technical Business Process Manager for a Permanent position based in Luton. This a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a technical background and moved into a Business Process Management role.

- KEY POINT :The experience we need in this area needs to show that for at least one area (but preferable both) the candidate has enough technical experience and knowledge to be able to come up with designs and solutions to meet the requirements, and to drive innovation and the way forward for the technology. They will, of course, be supported by the architecture team to build strategies but they need more than just a passing understanding of the technology.

? This is a management position requiring a strong understanding of Business process with specific specialisation in the relevant Business function to which the role is aligned together with a customer focus ethic, strong leadership and people management skills. The primary purpose of this role is to form strong mutually beneficial relationships with people in the relevant Business function in order to understand strategic Business objectives and how IT can provide added value to the Business.

? The Business Process Manager requires visibility of the planning, scheduling and execution of projects and demand for both infrastructure and applications in order to ensure that standards are adhered to and that said projects and demand are handed over to the Support function with the required quality standard and agreed specifications in order to minimise Business impact.

? Communicates objectives and concepts internally and externally

? Leads end-to-end management of the relevant Business processes by engaging all key stakeholders (business, IT organisation, sourcing partners, etc.)

? Leads process design, implementation plans and resource requirements to run the Business process function and team

Skill Set:

We are looking for someone who has come from a technical background and has moved into a business management role.

Must have excellent Business Process experience

Excellent communication skills - Must be able to communicate well with the business and the technical team.

Technical background with:

Essential:

SAP BI/BW - (Data Reporting/consolidation/portals)

Sharepoint



Hyperion

Clickview

IP (Integrated planning)

SEM
