Job description SuccessFactors Consultant

I have an exciting opportunity for skilled Senior SuccessFactor Consultants to join a dynamic team. The successful Senior SuccessFactor Consultants must have with a passion for delivering excellence. In return my client offers a clearly defined career path and an excellent reward structure.

Major Responsibilities:
• Provide business consulting support to customers and facilitate discovery meetings
• Support clients in defining relevant business processes
• Plan, follow and deliver every step of the project
• Write statement of work and support in the creation of the project plan in cooperation with customer's internal project manager
• SuccessFactors subject matter expert in at least the Core module providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with the client
• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
• Support the implementation and take responsibility for the progress of the technical and functional work streams, working closely with HRIS business teams.
• Act as Team Lead on implementation, motivate, plan and monitor the team’s work
• Ensure that the work streams are managed within the parameters laid down by the programme’s quality plan
• Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis. Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
• Document business requirements and procedures
• Oversee user acceptance experience
• Analyse business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Complete implementation projects within SLA’s and with high levels of customer success from the business process, and with high levels of customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
• 2 or more years’ experience working with SFSF systems / full lifecycle project experience
• Significant experience of managing multiple projects especially Cloud based projects and having worked as part of a virtual project team
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain the highest level of professional standards and be a team player.
• Flexibility and patience in working in a challenging environment
• Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to manage multiple potential opportunities simultaneously
• Flexibility to travel

Areas of expertise Mandatory:
• SuccessFactors project experience
• Knowledge of the CORE module, Compensation, Var Pay, Recruiting. Emp Central, Succession, WFP&A, LMS would all be desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Stakeholder experience, maintaining highest level of professional standards

• Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role
• Prior experience with other HRIS solutions (Sap, Oracle)
