Job description	*******SAP candidates only, please****** This is NOT a general IT role! My client, a globally recognized retail brand, is seeking an SAP CRM/E-Commerce Testing Lead to assist in the leveraging of ECC 6.0 and CRM 7.0 in the Customer Interaction Center. The position sits within the epicenter of their New York headquarters. Over the next 4 years, this client will be rolling out to their top 5 markets across the globe. Responsibilities include: The development of test plans and schedules that will be integrated across data, security, technical, and process teams. The support and development of methodologies and tools required. The preparation of principles, templates, and planning for the program. Direct work with the functional leads to integrate testing Well-rounded knowledge of quality assurance as well as the tracking of assurance metrics. Partnership with system integrators to aid in the assignment of deliverables and tasks. Qualifications: 5+ years of work experience defining order to cash (OTC) processes that have been implemented in customer facing E-Commerce solutions. Team lead experience of three or more years working end to end within the QA process in CRM/E-Commerce. Industry Best Practices of over seven years regarding QA/Testing.
