Job description Job Description Senior Functional FSCD consultant
- Participate in and lead blue printing sessions
- Lead the team in discussions with client personnel
- Own specific work products for planning and delivery
- Work with minimum supervision
- Coach and mentor team on Functional aspects of SAP FSCD
- Act as subject matter expert for best practices in SAP Insurance implementations
- Provide thought leadership for development of testing approach and execution of unit and functional testing

Minimum qualifications
-At least 3 years of experience in SAP FSCD implementation (not entirely production support) -Functional leadership experience (not management leadership) -Minimum 1 Full Life Cycle implementations in FSCD -Sound knowledge of business process as they pertain to Insurance domain -Well versed with ASAP methodology
Desired/preferred qualifications
-Knowledge of other SAP modules -Strong SAP FI experience ( Preferably more than 6-8 years ) -Experience with effort estimation -Knowledge of/training in/experience with other SAP Insurance modules
Soft skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication -Leadership skills -Good team player -Flair for learning new areas
