Job description Applications trainer, Banking, London
• Working in a growing team who Train and Support a number of applications within LOFT for a user base across different divisions and regions.
• Produce & update training documentation/materials according to business requirements.
• Maintenance of existing and the creation of new CBT.
• The delivery of training programs across various regions and using a variety of medias
• Provide MI on training programmes
• Manage own roll-outs to divisions, including scheduling, TNA, user on-boarding.
• Assist in demonstrations and training of various applications, to staff and Senior Management and be able to understand business requirements
• Assist in deployment and continuous support of all in-house applications. Work closely with the respective support teams.
Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
• Experience within a banking environment or similar ‘high-pressure’ field.
• Experience of designing and delivering 1-1, and group training programs, including documentation, materials and simulations.
• Experience of delivering training within a sales environment
• Experience of planning & managing own training roll-outs
• Knowledge of E-learning tools
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of SharePoint, CMS or DMS
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: Calypso, RIMS, Stream, Cassie, Scrittura, Finesse, GDS, LoanIQ, Wall Street, TLM, ORD, Sapphire, Potter, GIMS, SSE, Algo, CSP, Vector, MRD, OPTS/GTM, CRD, STORM
