Job description	SAP XI HR Interfacing Consultant My client is a global leader in the HR Solutions industry, offering their own in house HR Solution service coupled with over 50 years of Business experience in the HR domain. As part of the ongoing work they have a lot of the work is integrated into SAP HR & they have a requirement for an experience SAP XI HR Consultant to work as part of their SAP Implementation team. Specifically you must have prior experience of working in a hands on position developing interfaces from scratch with SAP XI in the HR functional domain. A background experience in this is a must. Key skills required:- • Experience with SAP HR ABAP • Development of SAP HR Modules • Interfaces • Smart Forms • SAP Scripts • BAPI • ALE/IDoc's • Knowledge of SAP XI/PI to design interface strategies and SAP XI/PI development guidelines • Understanding the possibilities and limitations of SAP XI/PI and be able to determine when SAP XI/PI should or should not be used • Able to setup and configure an SAP XI/PI system • Experience of creating complete end-to-end interfaces in SAP XI/PI
