Job description HR Analyst – SAP

We currently have a vacancy for a motivated HR Analyst to join our Kerryconnect/SAP Programme. The successful candidate will be a self starter with strong knowledge of SAP.

The successful candidate will be involved in the global implementation of SAP and will be responsible for defining requirements, reporting, design, build, test and deployment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing data from our legacy systems into SAP

• Involved in HR Process projects.

• Participating in SAP functional testing.

• Developing and deploying reports.

• Assisting in the global deployment of HCM modules of SAP across the Kerry organisation.

• Other project work/tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• University degree in Business or Information Systems

• 7 years HR experience with at least 4-5 years experience with SAP HCM and HR Processes.

• Experience with SAP modules: Personnel Administration, Organisational Management and Time and Attendance

• Strong Analysis skills

• Ability to build relationships

• Project management skills with an ability to manage and multiple tasks and projects at one time and meet deadlines.

• Excellent organisational skills

• Team working skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

The role is based in Dublin and will involve business travel.
