Job description My client is currently building a 3rd Line Support team of 7 people for a role to start asap.

The skills required are:

• Advanced knowledge of management and "troubleshooting" for Microsoft Networks (minimum 4 years experience in networks of more than 100 jobs);
• Advanced knowledge of management and "troubleshooting" of Genesys, Nice and CCS (at least 4 years experience in networks of over 100 posts);
• Advanced knowledge of management and "troubleshooting" in Microsoft operating systems (Server / Workstation);
• Advanced knowledge of hardware architectures;
• Advanced knowledge of Central Telephone Alcatel 4400 PABX and management applications;
• Advanced knowledge of Avaya PBX and applications management.
